When is it better to come: before or after training?
After is ideal — the muscle is warm and responds better. If you come before a long race, do it at least 48 hours before so the muscle recovers from the massage itself.
Does it hurt?
It applies stronger pressure than a relaxing massage — some points can be intense but never unbearable. We adjust pressure during the session to your tolerance.
Does it work for acute injuries?
No. If you have an acute injury (sprain, severe strain), first consult a physiotherapist or sports doctor. This massage is for maintenance and prevention.
How often should I come?
For active athletes: every 2 weeks. For amateur athletes: once a month. After a long event (marathon, gran fondo): 48-72h later.
